An elastomeric coating that seals your terrace and walls against leakage, seepage and cracks — and keeps your top floor up to 12° cooler. Built for the Indian monsoon.
Concrete moves. Plaster cracks. Water finds the one gap you cannot see — then travels through the slab into the room below. By the time a stain shows on your ceiling, the damage has been spreading for months.
Repainting hides it for one season. Sealing the surface ends it.
Standing rainwater works through slab pores and hairline cracks, dripping into the room below.
Driving rain on exterior walls soaks through masonry and surfaces as damp patches inside.
Peeling paint, bubbling plaster and white efflorescence — the visible signs of trapped moisture.
Thermal movement opens fresh cracks every summer, and each one is a new route for water.
The high-reflectance film bounces solar radiation off your roof instead of letting the slab soak it up. Top-floor rooms stay measurably cooler through the summer, and the air conditioner stops fighting a hot ceiling all afternoon.
Applied at forced coverage, Simba Damp Shield cures into one continuous, seamless membrane across the whole terrace — no joints, no laps, no weak points. Rain sits on top of the film and drains away instead of soaking into the concrete.
On exterior and interior walls the coating blocks water travelling sideways through masonry, while still letting trapped vapour escape. Damp patches, salt bloom and bubbling paint stop coming back — because the moisture never gets in.
An elastic cross-linking polymer, reinforced with acrylic and nano fibres, lets the film stretch with the surface as it expands and contracts. Existing cracks up to 2 mm are bridged and stay bridged — the coating moves instead of tearing.
Simba Ultimate Waterproofing Solution Damp Shield is an elastomeric coating that delivers excellent waterproofing, high durability and resistance to water penetration on exterior and interior walls and terrace surfaces. The elastic cross-linking mechanism of the polymer, together with acrylic fibres, gives the film additional reinforcement.
